- **Event Description**: Brown Mamas’ Perimenopausal Support Group Meeting is a  monthly gathering for women of color seeking support, information, and community as they navigate the mental, emotional, and physical changes of perimenopause and menopause. Co-led by Brown Mamas and Allegheny Health Network, these sessions create a welcoming space to explore topics such as mental health, body changes, pelvic floor health, sexual wellness, nutrition and movement changes, whole-body changes, and medical care advocacy.

Sessions are led by Tamera Dixon, Brown Mamas Community Manager, alongside healthcare practitioners and doctors from Allegheny Health Network.

We meet on the fourth Thursday of every month from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Some sessions will be held at Elements Pittsburgh, 2910 McKelvey Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15221, and some will be held at the Alexis Joy D’Achille Center for Perinatal Mental Health at West Penn Hospital.
