Transplanted from Western New York, Ken Gierke has lived in Missouri since 2012. Twice nominated for a Pushcart Prize, his poetry has been published in such places as Rusty Truck, Trailer Park Quarterly, As It Ought to Be Magazine, MasticadoresUSA, Ekphrastic Review, Amethyst Review, and Silver Birch Press, as well as in several print anthologies. His poetry collections, Glass Awash in 2022, Heron Spirit in 2024, and Random Riffs in 2025, are published by Spartan Press. He also blogs at rivrvlogr.com.

Amanda Oaks is a multi-passionate creative committed to building community through the arts, creative activism, & mutual aid. From 2003 to 2018, she ran a small poetry press & literary magazine, publishing dozens of books & issues. Over the last 20 years, she has authored several poetry collections, & her work has appeared in numerous literary magazines. She is the co-organizer of Poeming Through the Dark, a spoken word open mic that has built an ever-widening bridge between Indiana & Johnstown, cultivating connection & community through the power of poetry & self-expression.

John Dorsey  is an American poet, playwright, newspaper journalist, and screenwriter. Dorsey is the author of over one hundred collections of poetry and his work has appeared in over 2,000 anthologies and literary magazines. Former Poet Laureate of Belle, Missouri, he is the recipient of the 2019 Terry Award, given at Poetry Rendezvous. Dorsey is also a founder and co-editor of the Gasconade Review, with Jason Ryberg and River Dog Press, with Victor Clevenger. Dorsey is known for his prolific writing career as a poet, and as a major influence on small press, grassroots poetry movements in the U.S. Since 1992, his poems have been published in more than 2000 literary magazines and anthologies.
