Join The Lotus People and our favorite rescue felines to practice your best cat stretches at our Kitty Yoga! Led by a certified instructor from The Lotus People, our relaxing yoga flow is gentle enough for any experience level, even if you haven't mastered the flexibility of our kitties yet!
Arrive at 5:30 PM to get in a few kitty snuggles before class starts at 6:00 PM. Then get ready to reach purrvana! Don't worry, we will forgive you if you break your focus for a cat snuggle or two.
