Each organization will have approximately 2 minutes to pitch their ideas to the Kidsburgh editorial team comprised of our Executive Editor Melissa Rayworth (Kidsburgh), Kristine Sorensen (KDKA TV), and Larry Berger and Alexa Bocek (Saturday Light Brigade). This event is limited to 25 pitches.When pitching, here are a few things to keep in mind:Explain why this would be a good story for families and youth.What is the time frame?Is there a particularly timely hook?Who would be a good interview?What kind of video do you have to share if it is a TV story?If you can, please email your info ahead of time to the editorial team.
