During this class you will learn how to:

Make ricotta cheese

Make, roll, and cook cannoli shells

Sweeten ricotta cheese for the perfect cannoli filling

Fill cannoli shells and top with traditional toppings

We will also be providing:

A sample of the cannoli made in class, and a cup of espresso to enjoy them with

The recipes and step-by-step baking instructions

Four cannoli for each student to bring home and share
