Join us for an inspiring day of wellness, movement, and meaningful connection at our Holistic Wellness Expo—a thoughtfully curated event that supports the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. This one-day experience will feature a diverse mix of holistic wellness vendors offering products, services, and resources designed to help you feel your best. Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy mini wellness services, allowing them to explore various healing modalities throughout the day.

We’re excited to include yoga, Pilates, and a restorative sound bath, creating moments of grounding, balance, and relaxation. Stay tuned for fitness class details, participating studios, and the full movement schedule coming soon.

Throughout the day, we’ll be hosting short talks and workshops centered on:

• Mental health awareness
• Stress relief and burnout prevention
• Wellness in the workplace.
