Hike — Take a meandering stroll through the park with us while listening to a musical somatic journey through your headphones.? There will be surprise pop-ups along the way, so don't wander off too far!?️ Relax — We'll end our journey at Waverly Church with the Cozy Collective: a soft, low-pressure space to rest, snack, chat, cuddle, or keep dancing if our bodies aren't ready to stop.The entire journey is a circle, beginning and ending near the Frick Playground which is on the corner of Forbes Ave + S Braddock Ave . The hike will take approximately two hours, but there is absolutely no prize for keeping up. Take breaks, go slow, sit and listen, or head to the church whenever you'd like.Come dressed for a walk, a dance party, or both! Wear comfy shoes, or light yourself up and become part of the scenery. ✨? The Musical JourneyOur somatic dance journey will be guided by the lovely Mx.defy, whose sets are built to get you out of your head and into your body.Mx.defy moves through Hip Hop, Tech House, R&B, throwbacks, silly shiz, pop remixes, Reggaeton, EDM, Disco, and whatever else makes the body say OH, WE'RE DOING THIS NOW. Their mixes are playful, soulful, bass-heavy, and made for finding your own groove. Expect genre-hopping, stank faces, unexpected dance breaks, and plenty of opportunities to shake loose whatever you've been carrying around.?️ Step into the Cozy CollectiveWe'll finish our frolic at Waverly Church with the Cozy Collective, a soft, low-pressure social space where you can unwind, connect, and be yourself.Think: pillows, blankets, gentle lighting, snacks, drinks, music, and good humans. Some folks come to cuddle. Some come to sit quietly, journal, or decompress. Some come to meet new people in a calm, intentional way.
