About this Event

Age-Friendly Greater Pittsburgh, Casey Droege Cultural Productions and the August Wilson African American Cultural Center present:

Artists Working with Intergenerational Themes: A Panel Discussion on November 16th

Join us on Sunday, November 16th from 2-4:30PM for a panel discussion around the theme of intergenerational connections, with artists John Peña and Junyetta Seale, moderated by Randi Vega of Age-Friendly Greater Pittsburgh. Learn more about the artists and the ways they collaborate across generations and highlight the vibrancy of aging in their creative practices. Hear more about the work of Age-Friendly, an organization dedicated to making our region a better place to grow older. The afternoon will make space for conversations, connections, refreshments and a chance to see “Picture This,” an exhibition spotlighting Age-Friendly’s Photo Bank and the power of intergenerational connection.

This is a free event. Doors open at 2PM, artist talk and panel to start at 2:30PM.

Please give ample time for travel and parking due to a home Steeler's game.
