Our most unique brew day of the year is almost here, and we want you to be part of it. We’re opening early on Saturday, January 31st at 11 AM so you can watch our brew team kick off this one of a kind process for FOSSL.

We start by heating granite stones in a fire while filling two oak barrels with hot, fresh wort. Once the stones reach over 500°, they’re added directly to the wort, caramelizing everything they touch and imparting a subtle smoky character. After the boil, the beer is fermented and transferred to neutral oak barrels, where it lagers for months. FOSSL is then bottled and kegged, ready for you to enjoy!

It’s all happening in our back alley snow or shine on January 31st! Bundle up, stay warm by the fire, sip some beers, and take it all in. Maybe even drop a few stones in! Tikka ’N’ Wrapz will be set up inside with warm, comforting food to keep you fueled. We can’t wait to share this experience with you!
