We’ll climb to Rose Hill Cemetery and then loop back on the east side of the park.About this EventAutumn is a delightful time of year to visit Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve. Our route takes us to the old Rose Hill Cemetery and beyond; among the rocks and vegetation, look for signs of the mining activities that occurred here more than 100 years ago. Be sure to bring plenty of water and a snack, and dress in layers. Sturdy shoes or hiking boots are recommended; hiking poles may be useful. Heavy rain cancels.
