Over time, this can shape how we relate to love — how open we feel, how safe intimacy seems, how alive or guarded the heart becomes.

In this 2-hour ritual workshop, we engage elemental shamanic soul retrieval as a path back to wholeness and love — for ourselves, for others, and for life itself.

We begin by dissolving ordinary perception and establishing the Temple of Consciousness, orienting to the elements at the directions and creating a coherent ritual field. From within this temple, elemental goddesses arise at each gate, serving as guides, protectors, and allies as we journey into the elemental shamanic worlds.

Each elemental goddess leads participants into her realm — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space — to help locate and retrieve lost pieces of soul or power specifically connected to love:

where we closed

where we hardened

where desire dimmed

where trust fractured

where presence left the body

In some journeys, the goddess may retrieve something on your behalf — traveling beyond time and space to gather the most healthy, vital expressions of that element, returning them to your body and field to restore balance and vitality.

Each element relates to love in a distinct way:

Earth: safety, embodiment, belonging

Water: emotional flow, intimacy, compassion

Fire: desire, passion, joy, aliveness

Air: breath, voice, connection, grief

Space: trust, openness, and the capacity to love without losing oneself

As these elements are restored, so too is our capacity to love in a more whole, grounded, and resilient way.

This workshop is not about catharsis or storytelling, but about direct relational repair with the forces of life themselves. Participants leave with a felt sense of integration, clearer boundaries, and a renewed relationship to love as something embodied, elemental, and alive.
