Join Prestonne and Nicole for a one day retreat at YogaGen Pitt Meadows. We will enjoy a luxurious two hour gentle yoga practice, followed by a nutritious vegetarian meal, breath work, meditation and journaling. Give yourself space to recenter, ground, rest and feel whole again.
