This Spring Equinox ceremony offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and reset through breath, movement, and sound.
The ceremony will include:
• Sound healing meditation – to help you ground, settle, and establish a sense of safety within
• Gentle movement and connection – soft, mindful movements to open the body and connect with the group.
• Conscious connected breathwork – a style of looped breathing in and out through the mouth that is relaxing yet stimulating.
• Closing sound bath meditation – a restorative meditation to integrate the session and leave feeling calm and refreshed.
• Gentle hands-on assists may be offered to support grounding and regulation. All touch is optional and consent-based, and each participant will receive individual care and support throughout the experience.
This offering is beginner-friendly and accessible to those new to breathwork.
Please note: Breathwork can bring emotional or physical release, including vocal expressions such as crying, laughing, or louder sounds. If you are sensitive to sound, it is recommended to bring your own noise-canceling headphones. We do have a couple of sets available to share, but we cannot guarantee availability for everyone. A quiet lobby space will also be available if you need a break.
