What happens during a session? 

You lay on a comfortable mat and music is played. At times, chakras or meridian points may be pressed on your body, or hands may move above you. Internally, a wide range of phenomena can occur, such as spontaneous movements, emotional catharsis, visuals, or feelings of bliss. Some experience deep insights, realizations, or release on physical, mental, energetic, and emotional levels.

Can anyone do the session? 

No prior experience is necessary, just an openness to receive and the will to surrender.

How to prepare? 

Arrive early to get settled and wear loose, comfortable clothing. No eating 3 hours ahead of session; if needed, eat a very light snack such as fruit. 

Try to refrain from meat and alcohol a few days ahead of time. 

No coffee, alcohol, or other substances before class.

Contraindications?
