The Calumet Players proudly announce auditions for Little Women, the warm, funny, and poignant comedy/drama with music adapted by Jacqueline Goldfinger from Louisa May Alcott’s beloved novel. This 100–120 minute stage version features a small ensemble cast (5 women, 2 men) and period music woven throughout the story.

About the Show:
In this affecting and delightful adaptation, the four spirited March sisters—Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy—strive to support one another and their devoted Marmee while their father is away fighting in the Civil War. Amid challenges of illness, jealousy, and limited means, each sister must confront her own flaws and grow into the strongest version of herself.

Audition Dates:
December 15 & 16
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Pipestone Performing Arts Center, Pipestone, MN

What to Expect:
Auditionees will read sides/selections from the script. No prepared monologue required.
Directed by Kaitlin Carr and Stage Managed by Traci Nissen.

Casting Needs:
Seeking performers for 5 women and 2 men. All experience levels welcome.
Roles include the March sisters (Meg, Jo, Beth, Amy), Marmee, and additional key characters.
