- **Event Description**: Tomorrow, we are doing a Parks on the Air activation at Turkey Creek at 9:00 AM.  Everyone is invited.  This would be a good time to get acquainted with POTA if not already.  If you know nothing about POTA , help will be available.  If you don't have an account already, go to pota.app and set one up.  Easy to do.  Your phone may direct you to porta.app.  That ain't it!

We will be at the end of the management area.  The easiest way to get there is to go by the entrance and enter at the exit.  Where we will cooperate will be a short drive this way.

Everyone is welcome and we will help as many as possible to activate.  It only takes 10 contacts for an activation.  Turkey Creek is near Pinson and easy to find.  It's not far from the Pinson intersection where the McDonald's is located.  Go down the hill and straight across instead of taking a left to Tarrant then it is a short drive and it's on the right.
