This coffee roasting class offers an in-depth look at how green coffee is transformed into the rich, aromatic beans we brew every day. Participants will learn the fundamentals of coffee roasting, including how heat and time affect flavor development. The class explores the stages of the roast process—from first crack to finish—and how different roast levels highlight unique characteristics of each coffee. Through guided discussion and live demonstrations, students will build a deeper understanding of roast profiles and flavor outcomes.
