TIME is hosting a lunch networking event and The Carnival Cruise Line team look forward to welcoming you onboard Carnival Encounter on Tuesday, 29 July 2025.

On the day you will have the opportunity to network with other travel professionals, learn more about how the TIME program can benefit your career and to hear from our guest speakers Shelley Poten and Shelley Martin.

Shelley Poten Managing Director of Albatross Tour and a proud time mentor will be speaking about her career journey and how mentoring for TIME.

Shelley Martin Sales Manager of Winstar Cruises will be sharing her program journey with TIME as a proud graduate.

When?

Tuesday, 29 July 2025.

10:00am - 2:00pm

•Hosted Lunch provided by The Carnival Cruise Line

We will also enjoy a ship inspection onboard Carnival Encounter.

On Board Carnival Encounter.

Registration is essential to board the ship- this event will be limited to 50 spots available – due to the generosity of The Carnival Cruise Line hosting TIME for this networking lunch.

Timing on the Day:

• Guest arrival to terminal 10am
• Onboard approx. 10:30am for ship tour (approx. 1.5hours in total)
• At approx. 12 guests arrive to dining venue onboard for a lunch
• As per regular ship day visit schedule, debark of day visitors to begin at 2pm.
