**共寫屏東100─食物記憶裡的屏東**

2033年是屏東市設市100年，這是屏東歷史的一個轉折點，也是回顧屏東歷史的好時機，雖然從現在到彼時還有7年，但我們打算用這段時間，和對屏東歷史有興趣的朋友一起，每一年尋找一個屏東歷史記憶的主題，透過書寫，將屏東記憶一點一點累積起來，到了2033年，共同迎接盛開的屏東100。

歷史書寫，不光只有嚴肅的歷史論文，也不僅只爬梳各種事務的來龍去脈，關於記憶的個人故事、一張照片的敘述也都是歷史寫作的一環，只要大家動筆，把你腦中的歷史記憶寫成文字、或是錄成影片、podcast，都是歷史書寫。

2026年的第一季嘗試，我們將以「食物」為主題，與大家共筆，這次的歷史書寫工作坊將由高雄科技大學副教授王御風帶領大家書寫，並邀請成功大學歷史系副教授謝仕淵及暢銷作家和菓子，分別針對屏東的夜市與台灣的甜點進行專題演講，讓大家對於屏東的飲食文化更加瞭解。

經過兩個月的課程、討論與寫作，我們將在最後進行成果發表，並將學員成果作品發表在網站上，也期望能透過一次又一次的書寫工作坊，發揮大眾史學的精神，讓屏東的歷史底蘊更加豐厚，迎接2033年的屏東100。
