This is an interactive, informational class to learn everything you need to know about birth and postpartum. We will go over birth positions, when to head to the hospital, stages of labor, newborn care, postpartum care, birth/postpartum plan, new or procedures, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, the cascade of interventions, and more! Essentially, we will give you the tolls and knowledge to have the birth YOU want and make the best decisions for you and your baby.
These classes have limited space in order to make sure everyone and their partner has a chance to ask questions and practice different techniques!
If you have a birth ball/exercise ball or yoga mat, bring it, if not, let me know and we will work something out for you!
We only host group birth classes once a quarter, so don't miss your chance!
