You asked for more Azul Conscious Dance, so let’s gather and experience Azul at a new time and location! Same dance medicine, with a slightly different feel for the evening. We have extended the time to two hours so we can explore a bit deeper. You don’t have to have any dance experience to join! Azul is an embodiment practice using movement as a means to check in, and to harness the messages of the body for healing ❤️‍🩹
