Join Mrs. Liz, each week, for stretching, mindfulness, and wiggle release…THE FUN WAY!

• Excellent for 4 to 13 year olds, but all ages are welcome.
• Caregivers must remain present in class with children.
• Mats, straps, and blocks are all available for use.
