Join Us for Walk with a Doc – A Free Community Wellness Event!

Looking for a fun, easy way to boost your health and meet new people? Walk with a Doc is a free community walking program open to all ages and fitness levels. Our next walk will be led by Dr. Michele Selsor, MD, who will share helpful insights on a current health topic before we hit the trail.

🚶‍♂️ Walk at Your Own Pace
Whether you’re a power walker or just starting out, you can walk at a pace and distance that feels right for you. Walking is one of the best ways to support both your physical and mental well-being!

💬 Learn from Dr. Selsor
The event begins with a brief health talk by Dr. Michele Selsor, MD. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and chat with her during the walk.

🤝 Connect with Others
Social connection is key to staying healthy. Bring a friend—or make a new one—as you walk and talk with others in your community.
