Les Mills SPRINT and RPM Trainings

Les Mills SPRINT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines indoor cycling with bursts of powerful pedaling and periods of recovery.
Les Mills RPM is a choreographed, low-impact indoor cycling class set to music that builds cardiovascular fitness through a combination of hill climbs, flats, sprints, and time trials, with participants controlling their own resistance and pace to match their ability.
