FirstHealth Fitness has set a goal of 75,000 sit-to-stands across all our centers. 

Join us in person at FirstHealth Fitness - Pinehurst at 11:45 a.m. to stand alongside our Rock Steady Boxing fighters to show your support. Can't attend? You can still participate. Complete as many sit-to-stands as you can wherever you are and report your total to any FirstHealth Fitness center. 

What is a sit-to-stand? A sit-to-stand is the simple movement of rising from a seated position to standing. It engages multiple muscle groups, builds strength and helps improve mobility and independence, making it especially beneficial for people living with Parkinson's.
