About the event

Developing Athleticism for Gen Pop
Learn how to apply the complex principles of training athletes to the very general needs of gen pop.

About this Event

A Seminar for Coaches Who Want More Than Sets & Reps

This isn’t the typical seminar where you sit and stare at a powerpoint all day. It's part lecture, part discussion, and part hands-on application.

The goal? To give you the tools needed to immediately:

  • Enhance your clients’ athletic performance and aesthetic goals
  • Simplify your own programming decisions
  • Optimize coaching systems that actually scale

What You’ll Learn

We’ll dig into principle driven coaching (and how to develop your own). The kind that works for any client, in any phase of their journey. Topics include:

Programming

  • Simplify and streamline decision making
  • Build data-driven programs that are clear, adaptable and progressive
  • Creating phase outlines that organize and streamline your work over time

Results

  • Balance rest, fatigue, volume, reps, and load to develop speed, power, strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning
  • Vary training phases of volume and intensity to keep clients progressing and engaged
  • Leverage speed based conditioning to influence speed mechanics and reduce the boredom of traditional conditioning methods.

Application

  • How velocity based training can guide daily readiness, fatigue management, and strength/power development as well as hypertrophy
  • Leverage fatigue loss percentages and velocity ranges for growth and maintenance
  • Explore the role of games to boost performance, resilience, and engagement

Athleticism

We’ll sprint, jump, hop, throw, and more; while breaking down how to progress and reintroduce these movements over time to build rhythm, coordination, and durability.

Particular attention will be given to training athletically in a setting where space is limited and how to continue evolving your approach with limited space.

What You’ll Take Home

Every attendee will receive:

  • A Strength Ratios Calculator (male & female)
  • Organized Strength Methods Library
  • Organized Conditioning Methods Library
  • An Annual Programming Template

Pricing

Most advanced seminars run $1,000+ and give you information but no tools. Here, you’ll leave with an annual programming template, strength & conditioning method libraries, and a strength ratios calculator you can use the next day to level up and streamline your programming.

Imagine having a steady income month to month because you're retaining your clients instead of constantly looking for new ones.

How good would it feel to go into your weekend with zero programming because you've implemented the systems necessary to complete it all during the week.

Gain the confidence to coach sprints, jumps and throws; and stand apart from barbell-only trainers.
