Sacred Pauses – A Mindfulness Walk for December 🌿
You’re warmly invited to join us for December’s free Mindfulness Walk, offered through Peaceworks Community Wellness.
This month’s theme, Sacred Pauses, invites us to remember the quiet power of slowing down—of stepping out of the momentum of everyday life long enough to breathe, reset, and reconnect with what matters.
Inspired by a recent visit to Sedona—a place where the land itself seems to whisper “rest”—this walk will remind us that we don’t need red rocks or distant landscapes to experience stillness. We can find it right here, within ourselves, and within the natural spaces we call home.
Together, we’ll walk mindfully along the trails of Pine Valley Ranch, allowing winter’s softness to guide us inward. Through gentle pauses, breathwork, grounding practices, and reflection, we’ll explore how even a few mindful moments can restore the body, settle the mind, and nourish the spirit.
Each participant will receive a small reflection card with questions and an affirmation to carry along the trail or revisit later in your journal, meditation, or daily rhythm.
