Learn to Knit: Beginner Washcloth Class

Curious about knitting but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly class is the perfect introduction! In this two-hour session, you'll learn the basics of knitting while starting a simple, practical project—a handmade washcloth.
Instructor Betty Jo Franzen will guide you through casting on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, and how to bind off. You’ll leave with the skills (and confidence!) to keep practicing at home.
No experience needed, and all materials are provided. Just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to knit!
