Our sourdough class is divided into 2, 3 hour sections. Day 1: Sourdough Starter and Day 2: Making Dough/Bread Using Your Sourdough Starter. 

Class includes:

•6 full hours of instruction, demonstration and hands-on learning experience 
•Mature sourdough starter and maintenance materials
•A binder full of information and instruction taught in class
•All materials necessary to make dough in class
•Lunch and beverages both days
•The skills and confidence to make delicious, healthy and beautiful bread at home! 
Class cost: $150
