Focaccia is a light and airy bread with a crispy exterior, made with a generous amount of heart healthy olive oil. It's simply delicious and so versatile! Each guest will make and take home a 9x13 focaccia and a laminated copy of the recipe. Please indicate the toppings you would like to use in class. You have 3 flavor options to choose from:

•Sharp Cheddar & Jalapeno 

•Sun-dried Tomato, Pesto & Parmesan

•Olive, Rosemary & Asiago
