This 3-hour workshop offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and build resilience for the festive period. Together, we’ll explore simple strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout, while connecting with other Carers. In the second half, you’ll create your own Magnesium Bath Soak Blend to take home as a self-care reminder to relax and recharge. Morning tea will be provided.
