Want to make a difference—and don’t mind a little manual labor?Join Texas Conservation Alliance and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) Park Rangers on Saturday, November 15, to help restore prairie/savannah habitat by removing invasive species and encroaching small trees.
These efforts prepare the park for future prescribed burns—key to returning prairies to their historical form. This work benefits local wildlife, park visitors, and trail accessibility.
