In this 1.5-hour workshop, led by a local cut-flower farmer, guests will create a custom floral crown using an array of locally grown dried blooms, greenery, and ribbon.  


Whether you're coming with your daughter, your best friend, or simply treating yourself to a creative outing, this workshop is designed to feel relaxed, welcoming, and inspiring. We’ll focus on color balance, technique, and personal expression—so each crown feels uniquely yours. 


All materials are provided, and no prior experience is needed. You’ll leave with a finished crown perfect for Easter celebrations, spring photos, festivals, or simply embracing the season in a beautiful way.

What's Included: 

-Expert step-by-step instruction 

-All materials provided (crown base, floral wire/tape, locally grown dried blooms & greenery, ribbon)  Note: Bring gloves if you prefer to work with them.  -Guidance in designing a piece that reflects your personal style 

-Confidence in the creative process 

-A finished dried flower crown to take home and wear  


Participants will learn:

-Foundational floral design principles (color balance, texture, proportion) 

-How to construct a comfortable and secure wearable crown base 

-Basic wiring and taping techniques for dried flowers -How to work with delicate dried botanicals 

-Finishing techniques for a polished look  

Participants will also gain insight - directly from the grower - into dried flower care and how seasonal blooms can be preserved and enjoyed long after harvest.


Important Notes:

This workshop is designed for beginners; no experience is necessary.

Limited to 10 participants for a more personal experience.

Ages 10 and up.
