On Thursday, July 10, 2025, RCAP will host an in-person training session covering utility project development and how to find funding for public water and wastewater systems. ​The training is scheduled from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with registration starting at 9:15 AM, at the OVRDC office located at 73 Progress Drive in Waverly. ​

This training is offered free, on a first come first served basis and will fill up fast, so register today! The training is intended for individuals with decision-making responsibilities, such as commissioners, county engineers, council members, mayors, grant writers, village administrators, and utility superintendents. ​If you have an aging water and wastewater system and are looking for resources to help with replacement, this is the training for you.
