Founded in 2020, Blackout Getaways was created to provide a body-positive, safe space for Men of Color (MOC) to escape the pressures of adult life. We offer an all-inclusive weekend experience designed to eliminate worries and stress, allowing each attendee to relax, connect, and rejuvenate. Our gatherings are built around seven core tenets: Fellowship, Unity, Community, Knowledge, Integrity, Networking, and Growth. The time spent at our events highlights our shared experiences and fosters a deeper sense of pride and self-acceptance among participants.
