Paralounge: Warrior Yoga

Come join me for some Warrior Yoga at Paralounge. I will be teaching Friday, Saturday and Sunday Morning. My yoga practice honors the circulation of energy in the mind-body-spirit through a blend of yoga, Shōrin-ryū martial arts and temple dance enabling an awakened heart that directs action with the harmony of balance and ancient wisdom.
