Meditation, sound healing, drumming, bonfire, self care talks and music are just some of the things you will get to enjoy over the weekend. Gathering at the Smith Rock Chalets atop the beautiful and scenic Fitzpatrick Mountain in Scotsburn, NS, you can also enjoy a quiet walk or hike, a relaxing soak in the hot tub and delicious meals. Two nights accommodations, all meals from Friday supper to Sunday breakfast, retreat agenda and tax/gratuities are all included, alcohol beverages and treatments/readings extra. Double occupancy (2 per room) $473.03/person and single occupancy $637.25/person. Pre-registration required with non-refundable deposit of $250 to reserve your spot, balance due in full 3 weeks prior, May 15th. Your hosts for the weekend will be Jeanette Gormley, Registered Reflexology Therapist in the town of Pictou, NS and Claudette Landry, Healing Touch Practitioner in Loch Broom, NS. Agenda for the weekend (subject to change slightly):
Friday June 5th:
3pm - Check-in time
3-5pm - Free time, treatments available from some of the practitioners, details to be emailed to participants (practitioners include Jeanette-Reflexology Therapist, Claudette-Healing Touch Practitioner, Lisa McNiven-Naturopathic Doctor, Roz MacPherson-Spirit Medium, Cindy Hemphill-Psychic readings/Tarot cards and Katie MacKay-Wong-Master Esthetician.)
5:30pm - Introductions, intention setting, review of agenda/facilities/practitioners, sign up sheets for treatments open
6pm - Lasagna supper
7-9pm - Possible treatments available from practitioners, free time- enjoy some beverages from the bar, evening walk or hike, hot tub

Saturday June 6th:
8am: Hot breakfast buffet
9:30am: Claudette Landry, Healing Touch Practitioner will open the day with a guided meditation
10:15am: Gentle yoga practice with Rachael MacLean of True Nature Yoga
11:30am - Free time
12:30pm - Lunch: soup, sandwiches & sweets
2pm - Dr. Lisa McNiven, Naturopathic Doctor, will be speaking on Genetic Testing and how this information can have a major impact in your life.  Whether it’s relating to weight loss, exercises best for you, knowledge on detox pathways, specific nutrient and metabolism protocols to acquiring  knowledge on how your body experiences stress and what to do about it!  Easy to understand information (handout included) and case examples and leaving room for questions!! Hope to see you there!!
3:15pm - Cacao ceremony, Drumming circle and Singing bowl healing session with Claudette and Jeanette.
4:30pm - Free time
6pm - Supper buffet, live music with Meaghan Gormley
7:30pm - Music and Karaoke!
9pm - Bonfire (bring a drum or rattle if you have one), sunset walk/hike, hot tub

Sunday June 7:
8am - Hot buffet breakfast
9:30am - Laughter yoga with Shelley Ballantyne
10:30am - Closing circle, sharing, final remarks
