Meditation, sound healing, drumming, bonfire, self care talks and music are just some of the things you will get to enjoy over the weekend. Gathering at the Smith Rock Chalets atop the beautiful and scenic Fitzpatrick Mountain, you can also enjoy a quiet walk or hike, a relaxing soak in the hot tub and delicious meals. Two nights accommodations, all meals from Friday supper to Sunday breakfast, retreat agenda and tax/gratuities are all included. Double occupancy (2 per room) $466.35/person and single occupancy $619.15/person in a Maple Retreat room. Friday June 6:
3pm - Check-in time
3-5pm - Treatments available from Jeanette, 25 min Indian Head Massage or Reflexology $40. Treatments available from Claudette, 20 min. mind clearing $40.
5:30pm - Introductions, sign up sheets for treatments open
6pm - Lasagna supper, live music
7:30pm - Opening circle to begin the weekend, set your intention for the weekend, what you may want to let go of.
8pm - Free time: Enjoy some beverages from the bar, evening walk or hike, hot tub
Saturday June 7:
8am: Hot breakfast buffet
9:30am: Claudette Landry, Healing Touch Practitioner will open the day with a Meditation: I Am Enough and a talk titled Self Care for the Inner Child.
10:30am: Jeanette Gormley, Registered Reflexology Therapist will lead you through an engaging talk on incorporating the 4 Agreements in to our daily lives then move in to a gentle practice called Qoya meaning queen that combines movements to help us remember we are wild, wise & free.
11:15am - Free time
12:30pm - Lunch: soup, salad & sweets
2pm - Dr. Lisa McNiven, Naturopathic Doctor
3pm - Drumming circle and Singing bowl healing session with Claudette and Jeanette.
4pm - Free time
6pm - Supper buffet
