Join us for a tour of an award-winning organic garden, located near our venue and managed by a member of the Natural Health Society. This beautiful site features over 70 fruit trees and more!
- **12:00 PM – 1:00 PM:** Arrival at Venue
Time to unpack and set up rooms for overnight guests, while day-only visitors can explore the grounds.
- **1:00 PM – 2:00 PM:** Lunch
Enjoy a wholefood vegan meal.
- **2:00 PM – 2:30 PM:** Laughter for Health Session
A fun session to boost your spirits and well-being.
- **2:30 PM – 3:30 PM:** Backyard Apothecary
Learn about herbal medicines that can be found right in your backyard.
- **3:30 PM – 4:15 PM:** Building Healthy Communities Session
Discussion on fostering healthy communities.
- **4:15 PM – 4:30 PM:** Tea Break
- **4:30 PM – 5:30 PM:** Wholefood Cooking Made Simple
Participate in a cook-along session that will enhance your culinary skills.
- **5:30 PM – 6:30 PM:** Dinner
An early dinner will be served to allow day visitors to enjoy a meal with us before heading home.

**Sunday Schedule:**
The Sunday schedule will be more flexible, allowing attendees to guide the activities. This may include outdoor activities, games, walks, and sharing health wisdom from experienced practitioners who've been advocating for health for decades.

10.30 – 12 Organic garden tour. We are lucky to have a Natural Health Society member with an award winning organic garden right near our venue. We will start the weekend with a garden tour, exploring this beautiful site boasting over 70 fruit trees and more.
12-1 Arrive at venue. Time to unpack and set up rooms for overnight guests, and time to explore the grounds for day-only visitors.
1-2 Lunch Wholefood vegan
2 – 2.30pm Laughter for health session
2.30pm-3.30pm Backyard apothecary, herbal medicines on your back door step.
3.30-4.15pm Building healthy communities session.
4.15 – 4.30pm tea break
4.30pm Wholefood cooking made simple – a cook along session.
5.30 – 6.30 Dinner. An early dinner to allow for our day visitors to enjoy dinner with us before they head off for home.
