Somatic Release Therapy

Our Somatic Release workshop offers a safe and supportive space to begin healing through movement and breath. Designed to help participants release stored trauma and restore a sense of balance, this experience combines gentle guidance with intentional practices that connect mind and body. To ensure a truly personal and intimate environment, seats are very limited. Join us in the serene setting of our Yoga Studio at Life Time Pickerington for this powerful journey toward renewal.
