What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat and any props that support your practice, such as yoga blocks or a blanket. We’ll have a limited number of mats available to borrow if you forget yours.
A Practice with Purpose
We’re proud to support St. Vincent de Paul with a community food drive. Together, we’ll co-create a temporary art installation using the non-perishable items you bring.
Suggested donations include:
Canned vegetables & fruits
Canned proteins (tuna, chicken, salmon)
Soups, stews, chili
Peanut butter nut butters
Shelf-stable milk or powdered milk
Pasta, rice, beans, lentils, grains
Cereals, oatmeal, granola bars
Sauces, cooking oils, baking supplies
Condiments & shelf-stable snacks
