# Event Details

- **Event Name**: UNDER THE TREE: A Guided Mirror Work Gathering
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 26 Apr, 2026 at 09:00 am (-07:00)
- **Event Description**: Come as you are for a gentle Sunday morning mirror work gathering in nature.

This is a space to slow down and step out of the constant noise of daily life — the stress, responsibility, overstimulation, and emotional weight so many of us have been carrying — and return, even briefly, back to ourselves.

We will gather under the trees at Margaret T. Hance Park for a grounded, heart-centered experience focused on presence, self-connection, and compassion.

Together, we will move through a simple guided practice using mirrors, meditation, breath, and stillness as tools to gently witness ourselves — not through judgment or performance, but through presence and humanity.

This is not about fixing yourself.

This is about remembering yourself.

A pause from survival mode.

A moment to breathe again.

A return to nature, to the body, and to self — alongside others doing the same.

🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT
Gentle grounding + arrival into the space

Guided breathwork to regulate and settle the nervous system

Mirror reflection practice for self-connection (optional and at your own pace)

Meditation and presence-based guidance

Quiet integration time in nature

There is no pressure to participate in any specific way — you are welcome exactly as you are.

🪞 MIRRORS (IMPORTANT NOTE)

We will have a limited number of mirrors available (10 total) for use during the guided practice.

If you would like to use one, you may reserve a mirror in advance or claim one upon arrival. They will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

That said, you are fully welcome to participate without a mirror. The experience can be done just as meaningfully through breath, reflection, and inward awareness.

The mirror is simply a tool — not a requirement.

No one will be turned away or excluded.

This gathering is for anyone who:

has been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or emotionally full
