This was a hands on class whereby you get to prepare 3 sushi types using pre-prepared veggies, rice and precut fish suppled by Chef Greg. Unfortunately it was a hot summer June evening, as the class was held outside. I would suggest providing some cold water/bottles for class participants. Including a picture of ny spicy shrimp sushi.Shauna ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Chef Greg was fantastic! He was friendly and patient and made this whole process easy to learn!
