In this hands-on asana lab, Sarah and Heather will guide you through the foundational poses of Surya Namaskar — breaking down each movement, syncing breath with motion, and helping you find ease and intention in every transition.
Whether you're new to Sun Salutations or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is for you. Expect mindful movement, clear alignment cues, and a supportive community atmosphere.
We'll explore:
• Urdhva Hastasana (Upward Salute) — reaching up with intention and an open heart
• Plank Pose — building core stability and full-body connection
• Chaturanga Dandasana — learning the art of the low push-up with integrity
• Backbend — expanding the chest and awakening the spine
• Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog) — finding length, strength, and breath
