Your youth are going to have a great experience and a lot of fun! The youth will need to complete a Youth Release Waiver Form from St. Mary's Food Bank. Please send copies to each ward to distribute to their youth. Youth leaders in ach ward have the forms. Please don't allow the waiver to deter any youth from participating. Youth leaders will be able to sign for youth if the youth don't return the waiver. Waivers and sign up can be done theday of the event, it will just take extra time. If you have any questions, contact a youth leader in your ward. Adults need to sign up through this JustServe link : (Please disregard the number of slots available.) Dress Code: Sneakers or boots only. No sandals, flip flops, crocs, flats, or any shoe with an exposed foot. All shirts must have short or long sleeves (no tank tops). Lockers: We encourage you to leave belongings at home, lockers will be available if needed.
