Restorative Yoga can be described as chamomile honey vibes for the mind, body and soul. It is a very gentle, healing practice. We will be lying on the floor in very comfortable positions as we breathe deeply. 

?All positions can be adapted to your comfort level including in a chair.?

Restorative yoga has been shown to calm the mind, relax the body and lower blood pressure. Join Crystal for an hour of calming your nervous systems through the practice of restorative yoga.

All fitness levels encouraged.

?You will need a yoga mat or towel, a bolster or 2 fluffy pillows and 2-3 blankets.?

Crystal Waldron is an AZ native, mom to human and fur children and a yoga teacher focused on classes that calm the body’s delicate nervous systems in order to navigate in today’s challenging world.

Some parking is available behind the church. Additional parking is available on the north west corner of 15th Ave and Encanto (Doctors Office) or at Encanto Park.
