Every student who participates will receive a free book from the Scholastic Book Fair, helping build home libraries and inspire a love of reading.

In addition to literacy fun, the evening will include:

🍕Delicious pizza from Figaro’s

🎁Two exciting raffle prizes (Elementary and Secondary levels), featuring everything needed to create a cozy reading space at home—including an iPad!

🏅A school-wide attendance competition, with Luau pizza parties awarded to winning classrooms and Language Arts classes

🌟A festive booth contest, judged by our media specialists

🐐And possibly even a visit from baby goats and other animals hosted by our Ag team!

With a lively Luau theme, engaging activities, and opportunities to win prizes, the Literacy Luau is a great way for families to come together, celebrate literacy, and support student learning in a fun and welcoming environment.
