Pilates & Peace Before the Feast with Jeannine & Izzy

Start your Thanksgiving morning feeling energized, grounded, and grateful with Pilates & Peace Before the Feast—a special 75-minute class led by mother-daughter duo Jeannine and Izzy.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of invigorating Pilates to awaken your core, build strength, and boost your metabolism—perfect preparation before the big meal! Then, flow into 30 minutes of heart-opening yoga focused on breath and gratitude to center your mind and body. The class will close with a soothing 10-minute sound bowl meditation, allowing you to fully relax, restore, and carry peace and intention into your holiday.

A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit The Umbrella Wellness Center in memory of Joshua Stafford. The Umbrella Wellness Center provides safe, supportive housing for individuals in recovery from substance use and mental health challenges—offering a path toward healing and stability within our local community.
