One of the most talked about aspects of backpacking is the weight of all the stuff we are carrying. It can be intimidating but it doesn't have to be that way as there are ways to lighten your load without emptying your bank account. This seminar will cover common sense ways to lighten your backpack load for overnight trips and we will also cover some of the latest improvements in gear that allow you to lighten your load. The topics we will cover are great for beginner and experienced backpackers alike.
