West African food is bold. It’s smoky, spicy, layered — and rich with history.
Every dish tells a story. From the street stalls of Lomé to the Sunday tables of Accra, the flavors of our region are built on fire, patience, and joy.
This summer, Golden Palm Foods invites you to be part of that story — by joining us for Djidjolé, our West African cooking class series in Phoenix.
Over four Saturdays filled with hands-on cooking, shared meals, and cultural connection, you'll experience the dishes that bring people together across West Africa — and the joy that lives in every bite.
